The Pepsi Max Big One for a time held the record as the world’s fastest, tallest rollercoaster. Although US coasters have since stolen the records, it still remains the fastest and tallest in Europe. Dominating the Blackpool skyline, if size made a great coaster experience then this would be an awesome ride. With a first drop measuring 205 feet and a feeling of dropping into the sea, PMBO’s start is great. Unfortunately, the rest of the ride is pretty boring, forceless and with precious little airtime. Disappointing.
